Cameronland Milestone is a country on the Minecraft server of Goldlandia
As one of my biggest projects, it has been in the work for over 2 years.
It is located at 6000, -5000 coordinates on the server (hence the name of it being 11k from spawn)
It is a “communist” or “socialist” country however it takes elements of many real governments and countries.
It is very authoritarian, with some left-wing policies (free housing and public transport, UBI, etc) with some right-wing policies (like infrastructure construction, militarisation, immigration control), not really being either
It is split up into "Blocks", which are small areas for housing and such, connected via the Underground Suburban Railway (USR) and other systems.
It is the setting for Scott Cameron Takes Off, my main “proper story”, however a large part takes place in Rubixia.
The country's motto is “Glory to Cameronland Milestone!”
¶ HISTORY
The first recorded screenshots were in January 2024, where the runway was built and then some farms.
in June 2024 the USR was first opened as a 5 stop shuttle from Block C ("Apartment Complex") to Block B ("Eastern Sector")
Later in 2024 Fiverent, a New Town was built, to limited success.
in 2025, many things happened, such as Eroston (Southern suburbs) all the way to Ileson.
In early 2026 the Trans-Milestone opened, connecting Milron to Spawn with the 2nd long distance high speed railway (first being zUSR)
In 2026 things continue, with Suburb 5 (Lanone) to New Cameronland 9 and HSR!
